Note: April Fools is over, so please don't change the footer anymore :)
/u/astheriae isn't around this week so that means I get to do this month's post (yay). This month, April Fools and Easter ended up on the same day. If you celebrate Easter, then happy Easter! And if you celebrate April Fools, that's weird, it's not a holiday. However, we're not robots (we're actually human volunteers) and that means we can take part in the spirit of April Fools!
If you're not part of our Discord, or didn't see the latest announcement, we have decided to allow spicing up of our footers for this day. Feel free to change your footers to whatever you want within the following guidelines.
1) The footer must contain the link as written from the stock footer. This is a key and used as part of validation for your transcription; without it, the bot can't see your work.
2) Nothing offensive; please work within the bounds of what is appropriate for the subreddit you are in.
3) Please only do this until the end of April 1st in your area. The goal is to have fun, not be a jerk, and we don't want to have to yell at anybody.
4) If you want help creating some fun footers, ask in Discord! There are lots of super creative folks there who I'm sure can get some pretty good ones if you need it.
5) Do not damage the integrity of your transcriptions. While this is a great time to have fun, our goal to provide quality work does not change.
6) This is optional; if you don't want to do it, you don't have to, but you are more than welcome to join in the fun.
With that being said, feel free to share/discuss potential footers for each sub in this thread! A great list already exists thanks to /u/voidcraftedgaming and can be found in this thread.
